[WT-support] CAT compatibility with SDR1K

FYI...

I just finished working the CQ 160 Meter SSB contest as a SO1R using a
Flex-Radio SDR-1000 (a software defined radio -
http://www.flex-radio.com ) and it worked perfectly as Radio 1 using the
Kenwood CAT command set.  I thought you might like to know there is
another type of rig that Win-Test appears to support.
