[WT-support] FT 1000MP and FT 897 Com Port Settings

The newer versions of Win-Test require that the com port option settings for
the FT 1000MP and FT 897 be set at CW for both. The older versions did not
require this setting.

The usual 4800-N-2 setting has not changed.
