[WT-support] Transverter Offset

Hello,

the DK0MN - Team is just planning the VHF - Contest in Mai.

Is it possible to set up a frequency offset, so that a frequency of 28.3 
MHz on the trx equals a frequency of 144.3 in the bandmap? This would be 
very useful for using cluster spots on 2m.
