After a quick look to the code, it seems the problem comes from this 
"unusual" LPT address (0x3BC). We'll try to fix it for the next release.

In the meantime, could you please consider to use a COM port to generate 
CW, or change the LPT port adress to the usual 0x378 (in the BIOS) - if 
possible.
