Dear Win-Test Team:
I got a call from a local friend who managed to inadvertedly lose
(actually overwrite) a QSO in Win-Test with a simple key combination.
Of course it was partly his fault, because he failed to have a backup
of the file.
With the cursor somewhere in the middle of his log, he pressed
<Alt>-<UpArrow>. This key combination copies the data of the previous
QSO into the current line - which makes perfectly sense, when you
move a mult from band to band. However, it's very dangerous to use
when you're in the middle of your log - especially because there
is no way out of this situation (you can't undo and you can't quit
Win-Test without writing this information back to the file).
I'd like to propose to enable this function only when the cursor is
on the last line of the log.
