[WT-support] DARC XMAS contest

Dear WT team,

when opening a DARC_XMAS log it seems that WT is loading the 
"DARC_XMAS.dtb" file as a *check partitial file*. No DOK information is 
used. After renaming this dtb file into "WAG_DL.dtb" and reopening the 
log, WT is loading it as a *database*. Consequently DOK information is used.

When opening a Worked All Germany log, the explanation text for the 
Exchange field (behind the '?') would be more consistent  if it would be 
"German stations enter their DOK with no hyphen" (as it is in the XMAS 
contest already).
