[WT-support] WT 3.7.0 released

I agree completely and recommend to some of the other software writers to
take note or else their products will be relegated to the 'has been' dust
bin.

I too operated with win-test in the recent CQWW Contests and I have to 
say it worked flawlessly throughout the Contest each time.   I dont know 
how Olivier and Larry has the patience to listen to all our problems and 
fix them so quickly and pleasantly unlike some other software writers I 
wouldn't care to mention.    Thank you very much guys.
