[WT-support] CI-V Interface to Icom is WinTest different than CT?

Hi Olivier,
I'm facing the same problem Tim talked about. My Radio is ICOM
IC-756 PRO III and microkeyer, I feel also it is a win-test problem
because the Frequency changes very fast in microkeyer Router program.

P.S: No problem with my Mult station radio FT-1000 Mark-V (also with
microkeyer)
