Hi Win-Test user.
Whre can I download the version 3.1.0. Have not found it on the download
site.

I guess a "INV" text command displays it. (I can't check it right now...).

In any case, if you have different network versions on a network, an error
message is displayed, and the network is disabled.

No. It's included in the WT core.
