Hi,

most is already mentioned, but there is a good manual for the
WAE specials... Try here: <http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/WAEDC>

and yes: EU receives QTCs, and NON-EU sends QTCs.
Exception: WAE-RTTY, but till then you still can read the rules again.

I wish all participants good condx, mni dx and may murphy sleep well this weekend :)
