[WT-support] Band-Up or Band-Down??

OK Bob, it's clear now and I noticed the mismatch.
I never saw it before as I never use this command via the mouse and menus !
The 

Command-->QSY--> One Band Up = Alt+F1
Command-->QSY--> One Band Down = Alt+F2

menus labels have to be corrected to match the old CT keyboard commands !
