[WT-support] Band-Up or Band-Down??

Hi all

I just tested on the same PC and before drinking any alcohol :

- CT for DOS version 9
- WriteLog Version 10
- Win-Test version 2
- Win-Test version 3.0.0
- Win-Test version 3.1.0

They all 5 behave the same way :

>> ALT-F1: one band down: 20 -> 40 -> 80 -> 160 -> 10 -> 15 -> 20
>> ALT-F2: one band up:   20 -> 15 -> 10 -> 160 -> 80 -> 40 -> 20
>>     

I didn't read the WT manual to cross-check.
