[WT-support] ADIF export does not include <TX_PWR> field

Tim, you choose another entry that is invariant and do a global replace with your word processor. For example replace <CALL:4> N4ZR with <CALL:4> N4ZR <TX_PVR:3> 100.  Order of entries doesn't matter.
