[WT-support] Telnet and so on

hi gerald!

i will keep masage on english because of the others!

i just try Wintest in SO comfig and PR and evering is working fine here!

there are 2 things you have to set up 
1.configure interfaces in Wintest
enable ethernet network (with right IP)
2.in wintest dx telnet
under options/wintest network properties enable communications with wintest (same IP as in wintest)

and that´s it!
