2.19.5

- Bugfix: restoring a QSO manually deleted by the operator is not
   possible. Nevertheless, the "Restore QSO" option of the "Edit" menu
   was still active. Tks F6GNZ.

- Bugfix: RSGB FD R1: fixed the scoring. Tks EI5DI, G0VGS and
   M0CLW. BTW, don't forgot to tell that you are /P in the
   callsign field in the contest setting dialog window.

- Alt-F4 : When returning to your last Run freq with Alt-F4, all edit
   fields are cleared. Tnx F5IN.

- Your club name can now be specified in the contest parameters dialog.
   It is included by default in the Cabrillo file. You can exclude it
   in the Cabrillo options dialog (useful when your club is not
   affiliated to the ARRL and you submit an ARRL contest log).

- Bugfix : The "Swap radios" menu wasn't working even if its
   shortcut (*) was. Tnx OH2UA.
