AD1C's fault. So to say...

Its last CTY.DAT (I guess you used our last CTY_WT.DAT based on this 
one) includes KP4US as an US station (thus 0 points for you) :

Quote (line 549) of CTY_WT.DAT (based on CTY.DAT):

> KP4US(4)[8]

Remove it from your CTY_WT.DAT and your 2 points will come back !
