[WT-support] Orion setup

I am obviously having a senior moment.  I have downloaded the latest 
version of Win-test and I cannot get my Orion to communicate with the 
program.
The radio communicates with my regular logging program.  I have 
configured the radio to Com 1, 19200, 8 data bits, no parity and 1 stop 
bit.  RTS and
DTS are set to handshake.  I am probably missing something obvious.  Any 
suggestions?
