[WT-support] Win-Test Help File

I notice that the Win-Test help file (at least in version 2.20Dev) has no
help for the 'Modify The Scenarios' menu item. When I checked the on-line
manual there is no help available for the entire 'Operating' menu. I would
like some information on the use of scenarios for SO2R. Is this available?
