0/ Exit WT (if it is running)
1/ Download the file your Win-Test directory
2/ Rename your current CTY_WT.DAT in CTY_WT.DAT.old (for example) to 
save it, just in case...
3/ Rename CTY_WT_MOD.DAT in CTY_WT.DAT
4/ Start WT
