[WT-support] Win-Test 2.20.0 is out!

Hi,

I'm pleased to annouce that Win-Test version 2.20.0 is now available. As 
usual, you can download it from:

This version comes with different new contests:

- ARRL Sweepstakes
- REF 160m
- CIS DX COntest
- RSGB 21/28 MHz

Larry also added a very flexible export tool, which you can ie get the 
station number (1/2) with, as well as a Summary broadcasting on the 
network. That way, you can pick up the score in real time to update, 
say, a web page during the contest ;)

2.20 (November 18, 2005)

- ARRL Sweepstakes added. The precedence is determined according to
   the operating class. The section must be entered in the Exchange
   field.

- New export function in the MAKELOG dialog to make plain text exports
   files. The options dialog allows to choose the fields and to order
   them. You can also choose to mark (with a "-" char) the empty data
   fields. This can be useful when processing the file with a (g)awk
   script. You can also optionnaly set a comma as the decimal separator
   (for French users).

- New export function in the MAKELOG dialog to make CSV (Comma Separated
   Values) exports files. The options dialog allows to choose the fields
   and to order them. You can also choose to include an header line with
   fields titles. You can also optionnaly set a comma as the decimal
   separator (for French users).

- Summary broadcasting on the network can be enabled in the summary wnd
   (Alt-S) contextual menu. This allows other applications to get the
   current score in real time and upload it on the Internet, or other.
   The complete specifications of the UDP frames regarding this feature

- Bugfix: scrollbar in the Packet Window (ALT+O) fixed when more
   than 32767 is displayed. Tks FY5KE.

- Added a tool for checking the log againts the QSY violations.
   Available for multiop stations according to the rules in
   Tools menu.

- Bugfix: Reverse database lookup of gridsquares is working again
   with the V/UHF contests. Tks DL8NAS.

- Bugfix: polling timeout increased with IC-751. Tks I4UFH.

- REF 160 m added.

- CIS DX Contest added. Needs the CTY_CIS.DAT file. Tnx F5IN for his
   precious help !

- CW Speed can be set down to 12 WPM. Tks DK4VW.

- Spots (Alt-A) and Bandmap windows : The callsigns of the spots you
   entered yourself are now prefixed by a tilde (~) character. Tnx M0BBB.

- RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest added.

- SAC : Scandinavian side : Mult wnd (Alt-M) : The "Copy as text"
   function is now working. Tnx OH2UA.

- Bugfix : WAG Contest : From domestic side, the DOK starting with
   numbers (like 45DTK, 25IBB or 25SR3) were reformatted as serial
   numbers. Tnx DL6RAI

- Bugfix : WAG Contest : From domestic side, the "Guess Exchange"
   function failed for the log, the CheckPatial and N+1 windows.
   Tnx DL6RAI.

- Bugfix : Ratesheet (Ctrl-F9) - Objectives tab. In some conditions,
   the compared points graphical representation was out of range.
