[WT-support] New CTY files

The CTY.DAT, CTY_WT.DAT and CTY_CQM.DAT are now updated, following the 
AD1C's original CTY.DAT file dated Nov 2 2005.

These update files are available in our download trunk :

http://download.win-test.com/databases/

Note these files are smaller than previous ones, because of a software 
limitation of the current CT and NA loggers which cannot load more than 
4096 characters blocks per country :-(  FYI, WT doesn't suffer such a 
limitation.
