[WT-support] Icom radio

Hi Olivier,
 The old IC756 (we have one @ F6KAR) have the same MAIN/SUB system as new
756pro/I/II/III
The IC706 have VFO-A/B.
Please, do not forget the Tentec OMNI 6 (IC-Generic address 0-->63 decimal)
with VFO A/B
I have checked the docs and the command strings are same than the IC706.
