Hello Olivier

well I am not a computer expert  hihi..

Reference the speed. - yes it happens at any speed.   I have turned the 
speed pot of the microKEYER down to zero to try to let win-test control the 
keyer, but it was still varying.

However, Jozef, OM7ZZ has given me  some different settings and on a trial 
it appears to be much better, as long as I dont touch the speed pot on 
microkeyer and use the ALT-F9 etc.   I must try it soon in a real contest 
and see how it behaves.    I hate writelog so I am looking for something 
much better hihi.   So far, wintest looks OK..
