[WT-support] Win-Test bug tracking system

Hi the list

We are receiving more and more feedback, feature requests and bug 
reports from users, from many different sources (mailing list, private 
emails, IRC...). It is a sign that the Win-Test community is growing 
quickly, and we are very proud of it. Thanks for your support.

In order to improve our efficiency against this fact, we decided to 
setup a public Bug Tracking System (BTS) on our web site, to the 
following URL :

http://bugs.win-test.com/index.php

The BTS is still experimental. That said, we ask you to try it *right 
now* by entering your past and future feature requests and bug reports. 
Of course, the mailing list is still alive for technical support and to 
communicate in a general manner about contests and Win-Test.

Things to note :
- Always perform a search on both open and closed tasks before opening a 
new one. Your bug (or feature request) might already have been reported.
- Only one bug or feature request per task.

Feel free to report any bugs and feature requests, however minor, via 
the BTS. To improve efficiency, please try to be as accurate as possible.
