I made an analysis about LPT ping assignments in all major logging softwares. 

As far as I know, only one extra pin is needed to implement Advanced SO2R 
features in other SO2R devices, right?

May I propose following:

When using audio switching features in WT, you have to anyway disable the band 
data or DVK switching feature because of Stereo RX pin (5 or 9). 

If user selects pin nr. 9, he/she is still able to use the normal DVK switching 
pins (2 abort,3 msg1 ,4 msg2,5 msg3,6 msg4), but band data is then missed.  

I propose that advanced switching pin would be pin nr. 8 (Advanced RX Switching 
or something like that). This way the functionality can be maximized. Other 
option is pin nr. 7. Because both are dedicated to extended DVK and I believe 
that this is only option what can be sacrified for advanced SO2R mode.

I propose to add ability to configure LPT1 Proporties to enable that feature 
also just like Active Radio or any other LPT1 feature.

When user would like to work in advanced SO2R mode the LPT configuration can be:
normal DVK + DVK/STOP + Active Radio + Stero RX (pin 9) + Advanced RX feature 
(pin 8)

Do you have any idea when such release would be released where this feature are 
included?
