I like the way has been solved now,
EuSide * MESSAGE * QTC needed: # *

No QTC received yet    # = 10
Some QTC received      # = 10 - some
10 QTC received        # = 0

You do not need to calculate how many still you
need. The # is what you need and that's enough.

I do not have any experience outside EU though.
