I checked 2.19-0beta against my report from a few days ago.
You're making good progress!

- QTC bug after non-EU stations being logged - fixed.
- WT crash when pressing ESC before loading a file - fixed.

a) Nice to be able to see the previous QTCs now - very good!
The QTC group number shown in this scenario seems a bit
weird (e.g. 14/0). I guess there's not enough space to display
the group number used during the previous exchange of
every single QTC?
b) Fixed.
c) Agreed.
d) Fixed.
e) Still open.
f) Still open.
g) Fixed.

More comments:

h) The first line below the QSO entry field displays information about
multiplier status, dupe etc. The second line could be used for information
about QTC status.

Here is my proposal on what to display in the second line below the 
QSO entry field:

EU side                MESSAGE 
No QTCs received       NO QTC rcvd from A61AJ
Some QTCs received     Rcvd %d QTC from A61AJ

DX side 
No QTCs sent           NO QTC sent to F5MZN (%d)
Some QTCs sent         Sent %d QTC to F5MZN (%d)

The figure in brackets on the DX side could show the total number
of QTCs still available. As a DX station you must keep an eye on 
that figure in order not to create a large backlog on QTCs.

i) Somehow during my new tests I managed to have two more QTCs sent 
than QSOs in the log but I did not manage to reproduce the problem.
Will keep trying.
