I think it is as easy as:

In the "Interfaces configuration" window in Win-Test:
- enable the sound card Voice Keyer
- enable "PTT" on the RTS pin of the virtual COM port.

NB: of course, this virtual COM port must be created *before* in the 
microkeyer router control panel, and it must be configurated to handle 
the "PTT" events.

I used a microkeyer for the first time during the IARU HF last week end, 
and it worked great that way.
