[WT-support] BUG with the TNC in WT 2.18.1

Hi -

A small problem appaered with the version 2.18.1:  if you to use a TNC 
for the packet-radio, you will see that control characters of the 
Kenwood radio protocols are sent at very fast rate to the TNC. It's of 
course about Bug! Thank you Larry F6FVY to have discovered this!

A version correcting this problem will be available very soon. BTW, this 
problem happens only for those who use a packet-radio TNC. No problem if 
you are connected to the cluster through the Internet (or not connected 
at all).
