YESSSS, surely I installed VOACAP, but....
nevertheless HAMCAP calims it is not there.

OK for the mail, no hurry, but my weekends
are very few......

Err... I guess you already _INSTALLED_ VOACAP ? VOACAP
is not installed 
with HamCap. It's a different package, and must be
installed separately.
