[WT-support] WT 2.10.0 released

Hi all

WT 2.10.0 is available :

This new version comes with a last minute fix regarding the internal CW 
generation issue, and has to be tested. Reports are welcome.

The reported internal voice keyer bug has been fixed, and a new tab in 
the statistics windows offers informations on QSOs worked by continents.

2.10.0 (Feb 22, 2005)

- Something modified in the CW internal generator which might get it
   more accurate. To be tested! :)

- A new tab named Continents has been added to the statistics (Ctrl-F9)
   window. It's available for the HF bands only. Bars and pie charts
   display the percentage of QSOs per continent.

- Comments in the spot window (Alt-A) can now be cut to save space
   on the screen. If a comment is longer than the allowed space, it's
   replaced by an ellipsis string. To read the full comment, point on the
   ellipsis and a tooltip will appear.

- In spots (Alt-A), packet (Alt-O) and gab (Alt-I) windows, if the
   scrollbar is not in the downmost position, a small icon is displayed
   in the window title bar. Clicking this icon scrolls down to the last
   line of the window.

- Bugfix : When using the intenal voice keyer, any Fx key was always
   sending the same F3 message. Tnx F5HIJ, F5LIW, EA3IN.

- Bugfix : The image generated by the "Copying as image" menu in the
   statistics window was sometimes broken.
