[WT-support] IC-775DSP qrg poling

Sorry but I explained my problem wrong.

Wintest works great for me with the 990.

I observe the slow response with the 775DSP. The only
special issue is that I use the Microkeyer box as
interface with the 775, but it works ok with hamradio
deluxe for instance.
