The only VE3 software writer I know is VE3NEA, but he didn't write any 
log converter, AFAIK.

BTW, I recently discovered LM4 (http://lm4.de/e/), which allows many 
format conversions between ASCII, Cabrillo, ADIF, etc...

And for the uncovered cases, learn (G)AWK 
(http://www.cs.utah.edu/dept/old/texinfo/gawk/gawk_toc.html) or SED 
(http://www.gnu.org/software/sed/manual/html_mono/sed.html) ! It usually 
takes few lines of script to convert almost anything !
