Release 2.21.1 (December 9, 2005)

- Bugfix: the + and - signs were increasing/decreasing the CW speed
   by 2 WPM rather than by 4. Fixed. Tks M0CLW.

- Bugfix: MKSWAP and MKREVERSE renamed WKSWAP and WKREVERSE. Tnx I4UFH.

- Bugfix: the pot speed changes with the EZMaster WinKey were not
   working as expected for the paddle. Fixed. Tks G3BJ.

- Import dialog : The wtb file name is now automatically filled (if
   empty) with the selected Cabrillo (or Editest) file name. Tnx DL6RAI.

- Merge dialog : After adding a file to merge, the add file dialog
   is set to the last used directory.

- Added the wtfra.dll language file in the distro which contains the
   French translation. English is now included in the main core and the
   wteng.dll file is not needed anymore.
