[WT-support] Database for ARRL-160 contest

Hi -

 From DX side in the ARRL-160 contest, you may have an advantage 
downloading the database 
http://download.win-test.com/databases/ARRL-USVE.ZIP. Then unzip it, 
copy it in the working directory of Win-Test, then rename the file to 
ARRL-160.DTB. That way, you can get an help guessing the state of the 
US/VE station which are in the database.
