[WT-support] 2.19.2beta Alt-K broken within QTC window

Hi all,

after all the time spent in preparation
my WAE test went wrong due to other committments
and have been only few hours into the contest.
Any way WT went flawlessly during my contest and I
tried to test my SO2R skill with WT and EZMaster.
Now all seems OK, apart some changes to the
scenarios to accomodate my needs.
The Alternate-CQ F1 should be modified otherwise
the headphone follows the TX radio instead the other.
Found a little bug, when within the QTC receiving 
window the Alt-K keyboard CW is broken.
