[WT-support] Talking to TNC's

HI all,
I can get the cluster stuff working over IP and this is fine.  How do I
get to 'talk' to a TNC?  I can set up for a TNC on a port but other than
using hyperterm to talk to the TNC I am not sure what to do.  Having
attempted this I seem to be able to send to the cluster but nothing got
displayed in the spots window or on the frequency chart for the radio.
