[WT-support] OKOM DX Contest

Hi OMs,

tested OKOM DX Contest and found that:

1. For OK/OM/OL stations does not work exchange properly = stations outside OK/OL/OM are giving serials numbers, not abbreviations.
2. Outside OK/OM/OL seems to work OK.
