To be very clear :
You are the owner of the licence. According to the licence terms, you
can install Win-Test on all *YOUR* own machines and register Win-Test
for each of them, for a multi-op effort.
If your friends come with their own PC, they must have their *own*
licences to install and register Win-Test on their *own* computers.
You are not allowed to "distribute" and register Win-Test on the PC of
your friends with your account !!!

Yes. You must ask a new registration key every time you reformat your
hard drive. This is a normal behaviour.
Go to :
http://win-test.com/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=1870
and enter your licence number, your callsign, and the new computer code.
You will receive by email your new registration key.
For information : To avoid abuses and for security purposes, every key
request by web is logged (with date, time and IP), and monitored. In
case of abuse, the account may be closed.
