[WT-support] The SHIFT key in SO2R mode

You can use the numpad * key for that... You can even redefine it if you 
don't like it.

Some scandinavian stations redefined the / key to avoid this situtation. 
That way, they can still use the Shift key *and* the numbers keys on the 
top of the keyboard.

PS : Contests definitely require "Genetically modified operators" ((C) 
F5HRY) with 3 arms (at least), 4 eyes (for 2 screens) and 2 brains (for 
efficient SO2R).
