[WT-support] New User - Can't Start Program

This must be something simple, but I can't figure it out.  I downloaded the 
program and installed it.  I have Load Contest at Startup enabled, and have 
filled in the form for a contest.  However, when I start the program no 
database loads.  Once I get to the green background, I open the database 
that I have created (N4ZR.wtb), and still the green background 
persists.  If I try Alt-R or Alt-S to manually open a window, I get a 
Windows error message reporting

Offset: 0008fbb9

and it tells me that Win-Test must close.  I cannot get beyond this point.

Any help would be much appreciated!
