The IP address « 213.41.172.193 » must be entered in wtDxTelnet itself:
menu « Options » | « DxCluster properties ».

BTW, Larry F6FVY told on IRC that my cluster were down :) It is probably 
why you got the "connection established" and nothing more then. Now it 
would works better. Do you know the existance of FM1ZNM-3? Not sure it 
is connectable via Internet...
