For information, WT uses CTY_WT.DAT in priority (it's much accurate on 
zones for some countries) if it exists. If not, it will use the 
lengendary CTY.DAT.

Anyhow, I just ran my update script to the last AD1C version, so the 
updated WT_CTY.DAT is available from :

http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY_WT.DAT

Just in case, rename your old version to keep it safe, before downloading.
