[WT-support] New CTY.DAT file

Hi all

Jim AD1C released a new CTY.DAT file last week-end (CTY-1403).

I therefore also updated CTY_WT.DAT, and Mike F5IN updated its 
CTY_WT_MOD.DAT.

These three updated files are located here :

http://download.win-test.com/databases/

For safety, it's always recommanded to rename your current files (with 
an .old extension, for example), before moving these ones in your 
Win-Test directory.
