[WT-support] CTY_WT_MOD.DAT

Hi all

Following John VK6NU last mail regarding allocated CQ zones for US 
stations, Mike F5IN modified the last CTY_WT.DAT file in adding CQ and 
ITU zones for all US prefixes.

This file is freely downloadable here :

Tu use this file, once downloaded in your WT directory, rename it in 
CTY_WT.DAT (don't forget to rename your current CTY_WT.DAT before, if 
you want to keep it safe).

Nevertheless, two warnings :

1/ As I previously said, this file is not the magic wand for all US 
callsigns : Zones of many US callsigns are no more related with number 
included in them.

2/ For now, the WT team doesn't maintain this file. This means that if 
new CTY.DAT (and consequently CTY_WT.DAT) files are isssued in the 
future, they will not include the F5IN additions. You will have to add 
yourself Mike's prefixes list (in fact it's just a matter of copy/paste 
with a text editor).
