Sorry for the trouble, I hope this one will be OK!

Release 2.3.1:

- RIG interface working again. Tks VK6NU.

- New options for the Cabrillo file output : You can exclude some bands
   from the log, and choose the CHECKLOG category. Tnx F5IN.

- Log cleaning now allows to remove the /QRP extensions from worked
   callsigns.

- After a log cleaning completion, you can load it.

- Bugfix : Some French labels were mispelled in the LPT1 properties
   dialog.
